Dr Paul LaRussa owns and operates The Renaissance Center, P.C. He attended medical school and completed his residency in psychiatry at The University of Alabama at Birmingham. After holding a position on faculty in Department of Psychiatry he entered private practice in 1993. He is Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and has added qualifications in Geriatric Psychiatry. The Renaissance Center, P.C. was founded in 2000 to provide a calm, private and relaxed setting for the management of psychiatric illness. In addition to general psychiatric treatment, he has special interests in the management of anxiety disorders, court testimony and weight management associated with psychiatric medications.
